“ Great coffee shop in a great area. Tried out their Sugar Cookie and Lavender Dreams. The Sugar Cookie has dulce de leche and the Lavender Dreams has a pleasant lavender flavor without being overpowering. Kassy the Barista behind the counter was great! “ Little coffee shop that's almost exclusively for residents in the complex - very limited public parking, but opens into the leasing office lobby. Decent brews, and quiet, bright space for laptop work or people-watching, across the street from the trail. ”

“ Caffè macchiato paired with a Topo Chico. The pull was perfect! Really showcased the bright/fruity flavors of the bean. However, if you hate light roasts then you should get something else! Some people confuse fruity with sour and might not appreciate Katy's macchiato. Great ambience with indoor and outdoor seating. Power outlets are present! Parking is hard to find as the Katy Apartment lot is full at times. There is limited street parking as well. Great first impression! ”

“ such a gem Cortado w/ oat milk was perfect seating is plentiful inside & out Good WiFi ???? Parking is lil non-obvious. There's a garage to right of café (when facing café) that has a bunch of visitor parking spots on ground level. I love the modern design they gave this place. I am % coming back! “ This is a sweet coffee shop located close to the start of Katy Trail. There's plenty of space to work or relax. I visited because of my coffee passport and ordered a vanilla latté with almond milk, which was tasty. My only issue was finding parking in the afternoon - it took me a while to locate a street parking spot. Despite this, the coffee is good, and I enjoyed talking to the staff about the coffee passport. This place is worth a visit. ”
